Scope of Work Complete design and project management services from concept to handover including master-planning, architectural design, structural design, landscape and horticulture, electrical, lighting and plumbing; Ideation workshop with students and MCGM staff; Preliminary design studies based on outcome of the workshop.; Design development and detailing in coordination with engineering design; Preparation of tender document.; Regular site visits for design and quality control; Certification of bills and Handover.
