An open, modern office for a multi-disciplinary company; advertising, film production, cultural production etc. The space promotes flexible team-working and is imagined as a living space rather than an 'office'. Part of the space is left open with acoustic treatment; to be used by the production whenever needed or for any kind of cultural animation in other times. It has been used for exhibitions, theatre and literary events. 
The general feel of an industrial loft with finishes that suited the purpose while being cost effective; bare concrete slab was polished for the floor, brute wooden trunk used for seating, storage cabinates made of cement board with a coordinated colour scheme, exposed services in the ceiling- A/C units, cable trays, pipe racks makes for an ideal space for creative collaborative work.
