Jaipur International Convention Centre Development  Planning, design and technical consultant to Sharada Group for BOT proposal for brown-field development of an 11Ha expanse for a total BU area  of  about 85,000 m2 around the International Convention Centre but also comprising 5-star, 3-star Hotels, serviced apartments, retail & Entertainment. The proposal creates a vibrant new multi-activity hub for the city

Theatre, Nalasoprara, MMR   For Gogte Salts and Chemicals. 350 seat Auditorium for theatre and  2 nos. multi-purpose halls of 4500 s.ft. along with all the supporting and ancillary spaces and utilities. The building just adjacent to the railway stations is designed to be a prominent architectural landmark and an important cultural institution in a fast growing part of the Mumbai Metropolitan region. Statutory permission stage.

Factory, Navi Mumbai   Vertical extension of an existing factory for Zenith Tins to create an additional floor of 13,000 s.ft. Scope included assessment and strengthening of the existing structure, provision of light pre-fab roofing, toilet blocks, stairs, goods lift and hoist. The challenge being the implementation of the works without interrupting the activity of the factory.

Dyanpeeth, Jeevanvidya Mission Trust Campus, Karjat Complete design mission for Architectural, Structural, MEP and Landscape design services for the Master Planning and detailed design based on conceptual design from Lead Architect Pradeep Tilaye, eKon Design Inc., USA. The 9.5 acres campus includes Lecture halls, Accommodation, Prayer hall, Exhibition spaces etc. integrated in a landscaped environment conducive for public dissemination of the Jeevanvidya philosophy of Satguru Shri Vamanrao Pai. Old Age Home, Kudal, Maharashtra Master planning for a 3.5 Acres site in Kudal to provide for the current programme (about 2000m2)as well as provide for future expansion of the rooms and all the required support & recreational facilities. Proposed designs is re-interprets the traditional courtyard houses in the Konkan region. The result is a convivial and healthy built environment that promotes community interaction whilst respecting the privacy of each. Design Studies in progress. Estimated Project Cost Rs. 2 Cr.

IT College for GPMT, Miraj, Maharashtra 45000m2 extension over an existing building as well as creation of a new block. The project is part of an overall initiative to upgrade the campus and add new facilities The construction over the existing building is proposed in light pre-engineered technology to allow for quick installation and minimum disturbance to the occupants.
